Marceline R-V Educational Foundation
The Marceline R-V Public Schools Educational Foundation was first formed on March 21, 1997. The Board of Directors, which consisted of nine individuals who represented the various banking businesses, the Board of Education, the Athletic Booster Club, the Band Boosters, and teachers from both the elementary and secondary schools, first met April 21, 1997, to establish a Mission Statement, which is as follows:
To raise and distribute additional funds in order to assist the Marceline School District in providing the best possible educational experience for the district's students.
Soon after its formation, the Education Foundation became a non-profit (501c.3) organization.
Projects that have been completed by the Foundation include:
The foundation holds successful signature fundraising events. Teachers, students, and patrons of Marceline R-V are encouraged to think about needs and wishes for the school not covered by the school budget.
The current Board of Directors for the Marceline R-V Education Foundation are:

Vice-President - Mr. Don Reynolds
Secretary - Mrs. Cindi Black Rodgers
Treasurer - Mrs. Kim Dorrell
Periodic meetings are held to discuss issues related to the mission and goals of the Educational Foundation. The Marceline R-V Educational Foundation would like to thank the community for its continued support.
