Marceline R-V Schools

In accordance with the Marceline R-V Comprehensive School Improvement Plan, the following opportunities for Professional Development will be provided. Additional professional opportunities may be included for conferences as the budget allows.

Note: Please identify PDC codes by number on workshop requests. Ex. PDC 1, PDC 2

PDC Goal #1
The PDC will provide funding and opportunities for certified staff to enhance instruction by attending academic and/or behavior intervention workshops.

PDC Goal #2
The PDC will increase community awareness of staff efforts to grow professionally.

PDC Goal #3
The PDC will implement and support district-wide, job embedded, ongoing professional learning communities/collaborative and vertical teaming with a focus on improving learning using student data.

PDC Goal #4
The PDC will assist teachers in becoming highly qualified and maintaining certification.
