Dear Marceline Community,
Many of you may have seen the pictures of the completed playground area on Friday, which includes new equipment, playground turf, and concrete. We were excited that the students could finally enjoy the playground after waiting months. Now that the initial excitement and chaos have subsided, I wanted to get this note out to thank this wonderful community for the overwhelming support that made such a beautiful upgrade possible, among many others.
Currently, most of the projects are finished or nearing completion. Although many are not as visible as the playground at Walt Disney Elementary, they are essential to the sustainability of our school district. So, on behalf of the Marceline R-V Board of Education, administration, faculty, staff, and students, thanks again for the continued support that significantly helps us succeed.
