Marceline students scored at least 12% higher than the state average on the Missouri Assessment Program in the spring of 2019 in the areas of English language arts, math, and science. At last night’s monthly Marceline R-V Board of Education meeting, Mrs. Sarah Dunham, elementary principal, and Mr. Matt Finch, middle school/high school principal, shared disaggregated 2019 testing data. Their presentation highlighted grade level testing results in comparison to historical data as well as to the district’s performance in comparison to state testing results.
Congratulations to the cheer team for placing 1st at Regionals! They will compete at the state competition on November 16th & 17th.
Congratulations to girl's softball on their district championship! The girls will play this Wednesday at 5 pm vs. East Buchanan. They mentioned they only have a small set of bleachers and to bring lawn chairs.

HS softball will play Putnam Co. tomorrow in the district championship game at Trenton at 6pm. Due to other events occurring at the same time at the fair grounds, parking may be limited. Good luck Tigers!
Flu shot permission forms for the District Flu Shot Clinic on Nov. 13 will be available tomorrow at parent-teacher conferences. Disney and 6th grade teachers will have forms available. All others MS/HS parents need to pick one up at the front hallway table. Forms are due back
