Meet Your Teachers: Say hello to your 6th-grade team, ask questions, and get to know the staff.
Tour the Building: Explore the halls, locate your classrooms, find the cafeteria, and get comfortable with your new school.
Walk Your Schedule: Pick up your class schedule and practice walking your daily route class-by-class.
Locker Setup: Find your locker and bring your school supplies to unpack and store ahead of the first day!

ATTENTION ALL MARCELINE HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL PLAYERS FROM 1979-1991: We have been nominated for induction into the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame, which would like to gauge the number of players who could turn out for an Enshrinement in Columbia. It would be at 1 PM on Sunday, October 25. Please contact mfinch@marcelineschools.org whether the date would work for you or not. Please let us know by Monday, Aug. 3.
Elementary Transportation Sign Ups are Open! If your elementary student will need bus transportation for the 26-27 school year, please complete the Google Form by August 14th so routes can be created and ready for August 24th.

Our Lady Tigers hosted a 3 day youth basketball camp this week for 53 future tigers! The camp focused on skill building, teamwork, and fun games! Go Tigers!

📚 High School Students – Schedule Change Appointments
Need to make changes to your 2026–2027 high school schedule? Add/Drop appointments will be available August 10–12.
These appointments are for students to come to the high school and meet with Mrs. Rollison to add or drop courses. Course changes are subject to graduation requirements, prerequisite completion, and course availability.
Appointments are not for requesting teacher changes, different class periods, or rearranging schedules.

📢 District-Wide Renewal Registration is Now Open!
Renewal Registration is now available through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal for all returning families in the district.
All returning students are required to complete Renewal Registration each year. Parents/guardians should log in to their Parent Portal account to review and update all student information.
Please take a few moments to carefully verify that all information is accurate, including:
✅ Address
✅ Phone numbers
✅ Email addresses
✅ Emergency contacts
✅ Health and medical information, if applicable
✅ Removing any outdated or no longer authorized emergency contacts
If you are adding a student to your current household, you can complete that process during Renewal Registration.
📄 IMPORTANT – Proof of Residency Required
Students entering Kindergarten, 3rd, 7th, and 11th grades are required to upload a current proof of residency during the Renewal Registration process through the Parent Portal.
Registration approval will be placed on hold until the required proof of residency has been uploaded and verified.
🏫 ELEMENTARY CLASSROOM ASSIGNMENTS
Elementary classroom assignments will be released at a later date. Additional information will be shared as soon as it becomes available.
🚨 MIDDLE & HIGH SCHOOL SCHEDULES
Middle and high school schedules will be available in the Parent Portal only after your Renewal Registration is completed.
Student schedules will NOT be available in the Student Portal until mid-August.

Youth Basketball Camp
Parents of students that are being dropped off for MS/HS camps and morning weights: Please do not use the circle drive of the elementary during the summer school hours of 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. please utilize the student parking lot or the front parking spaces of the high school.
Due to a water main break affecting the school, a boil order has been issued until further notice.
Students attending summer school, athletic camps, and weight training are encouraged to bring a water bottle this evening and tomorrow. Extra bottled water will be available for summer school students during the school day.
Physical and Annual Documents
All students grades 7th-12th must have a physical (good for 2 years) and an annual form on file prior to the start of their sports season and/or band practices.
