List of openings
The Marceline Black Knight Robotics team competed at the Kansas City Regional in Shawnee Mission, Kansas last week, during what was an exhausting three days of competition. While we didn't make it into the final alliance selections, our team finished the qualification matches ranked 17th out of 36 teams and earned a spot as the top replacement team for the finals. During this finals, we competed in place of one of the alliance teams and helped secure a match win. I am super happy that we did as well as we did, especially since we competed mostly against large suburban schools. A huge thanks to Michael Krumpelman, who served as assistant coach this year and was instrumental in helping the students with the engineering side of building a robot. We would also like to thank John Moore and Moore Fan Company for sponsoring our team year after year. A special thank you to Ryan Lodder and Kameron Kelly for providing assistance with manufacturing parts and offering after-hours help throughout the build season.
