Big thank you to everyone who came out to support the MMS cheerleaders with their fundraiser last night! Between the bake sale and ice bucket challenge the girls raised a total of $432, in which $108 will be presented to the Linn County Humane Society.
We would like to give a big shout-out to our city crew for always having the ball fields looking great and ready for games. Tonight's fields looked especially good for senior night- the numbers were an awesome touch! Thanks, guys!

Tonight's Varsity won clenched Marceline’s final Lewis and Clark Conference Championship in Softball. Congrats, ladies and coaches!
Softball Senior Night
Tonight, we honored our Lady Tigers softball seniors. This group of 6 talented athletes will go down in Marceline High School history for being part of the most successful softball teams to date. They have an overall high school record of 96 wins, 16 losses, and 1 tie. They earned a District Championship as freshmen, were STATE CHAMPIONS as sophomores, were REPEAT STATE CHAMPIONS as juniors, and are currently state ranked as seniors.
On behalf of the Marceline High School softball team, coaches, administrators, and teachers, we would like to thank you girls for your dedication to the program. We are proud of your accomplishments and will be forever grateful for the lasting impact you have had on Marceline Softball. Parents and family members, we also congratulate you on raising these amazing leaders and thank you for your support throughout the years.

Golf finished 3rd in the GRC Tournament. Sarah Wright medaled in 4th.
Our Lady Tigers golf team was invited to play in the Grand River Conference Tournament before we join it next year. Overall, the girls played really well. As a team, we got 3rd place. Sarah Wright was our best score with a 98, which also earned her the 4th place medal. This is also her personal best score of her career!
